Worst product ever! I have had the printer for a month and a half. It has not had a lot of use and there are printer and scanner errors that I cannot get rid of. I tried rebooting the printer, didn't fix the issues. Went online for tech support; didn't fix the issues. Called tech support; was told they will send me a refurbished printer as a replacement. Not a new one printer, but a refurbished printer. This will take a week and I had to give them my credit card info as a hold for the broken printer that I need to send back. I will never buy an Epson printer again. Bad product, bad service.
