Cheap garbage. Taking the reviews into consideration I purchased this product, but with the $50 price tag comes higher expectations. When I received the product my very first thought was my first two words of this review. Cheap garbage, like a $5 plug in. I'm currently trying it in a small area of my attic over my bedroom and had zero luck displacing anything so far. I am happy to change my review if this thing miraculously works as advertised, but it hasn't and it won't for me. I'd say save your $$ and buy the inexpensive ones if you determined to try an ultrasonic pest remover like this. Very disappointed with the quality delivered. It didn't pass the functionality or eyeball test. Literature provided every angle for sympathy (small business, god bless, personalized letters, begging for chance to make it right), but I feel obligated to make this review to save others the $35 or so extra they are paying compared to similar products that probably don't work either. I have no idea how anyone would give this 5 stars.
