I loved the up and down feature and the long time before auto shut off, of this iron, however that is it. Mine worked for about a year+ and it stopped going up and down and failed to heat, I paid the $70 to have it repaired/replaced and once again I was happy for just over a year. It stopped heating this week.. I am a quilter and used the iron for long periods at a time. I am not willing to fork out another $70 to have the company replace it so I will go back to a "regular" iron. I loved this iron but it is just not stable enough, and it also does leak water just like any other iron.
