Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I gifted this model to my girlfriend for her birthday yesterday, and was really impressed by this netbook - but by the end of the day, the indicator light on the AC adapter wouldn't turn on, nor would the "charging" indicator on the netbook. I contacted Amazon today, and they told me the item is "under review" due to similar unsatisfactory customer experiences. I'll contact ASUS in a bit to get their take on the situation, but this experience is NOT instilling confidence in this product - I'm concerned that, even if they replace the AC adaptor (and it works), I might run into the same problem after my returns grace period has expired with Amazon. I'm probably going to return it for a full refund, regardless. It's a shame, it seemed like such a great little gadget! UPDATE: While Asus was not very helpful, Amazon immediately shipped out a replacement via FedEx Overnight. I've had it for a few days now, and haven't had any issues with charging (fingers crossed).
