I was seduced by the handy plastic cases. But now I suffer from morning after regret. These are too soft. They cannot get the job done. Faber-Castell Goldfaber HB on Canson 50 lb sketch pad. Won't take it up. Tried a 6B, lightened but still not gone. Way to sticky, sticks to my skin, gets stuck under my nails. Sticks to the paper and lifting tore the paper. Hate it. I'm uncharacteristically angry about this. Not like they broke the bank, but I expect high quality from Faber-Castell, this product just doesn't do it for me. I will be throwing these away. Those cute little cases will be recycled to hold the Prismacolor kneaded erasers I will be ordering today. They are soooooo much better.
