7/24 update: I settled on Withings Fitness watch here: https://www.amazon.com/Withings-Nokia-Steel-Sport-Smartwatch/dp/B07GXR9V19 Since buying it on May 26th for $140, I couldn't be happier. Original review: Returning this watch after 1 day because it's not a fitness watch. This is just a runners watch, at best. As of the date of this review: - The watch provides NO data to Google fit or Strava, you can simply link your account to them, but ZERO data is fed to those apps. - The watch tracks your heart rate and O2 levels in detail, ONLY when you are running. - You can leave the heart rate sensor on, but since nothing is fed to the gshockmove app or Google fit, no stats are recorded, you get to see your heart rate on your wrist, that's it. - As I said before, the watch records data when you are RUNNING. If you weight train, swim, do yoga, aerobics or play any sport, forget this watch because all you'll get is a GPS map showing you walking around the gym or whatever your physical positions were on the field if you played ball. I contacted Casio tech support and asked if anyone there could help me get this watch to record any data aside from if I run, the guy put me on hold while he did whatever, and then basically told me NO. There are watches that cost a FRACTION of this one that do more besides recording my running lap times, and also, if you were a running enthusiast, why would you even get this watch? It's big, heavy, and bulky. Bottom line: - no data fed to Google fit - no data recorded aside from if/when you run and actually physically press the 'run' button on the watch - you are paying $400 for a watch that doesn't do the basic functions that $50 watches do Final thoughts: this watch has the look, it has the hardware, but if no data is recorded or fed to 3rd party apps, this is just another item from the bugman/redditor starter kit. Sorry Casio, I don't know who you think is buying this watch, but we are not all professional runners timing our laps to the water cooler.
