Look again...
Apparently the author is a long time practitioner of the Ramtha School of Enlightenment, which some consider to be a cult. I wish I had done a little more research before giving him my money, as in his bio he leaves out the Ramtha 18 year connection. A little bit of a red flag popped up when reading about the author healing himself from a crushed spine....too little details to back up his story. In the film "what the bleep do we know", which the author was involved in making, a scientist David Albert accused the film makers of editing his interviews to make it appear he endorses their view of quantum mechanics, when in fact he states that he is "profoundly unsympathetic to attempts at linking quantum mechanics with consciousness", and would not have done the interviews had he known it would be edited in such a way. And he is not the only expert in quantum mechanics to feel that way. For the above reasons, I cannot trust what I am reading in the book is based in scientific fact and not twisted to fit an agenda, hence the one star.
