I was impressed by all the other reviews for this product, and by its stylish appearance. Now, after two weeks of using it, I feel compelled to mention the design flaw: the prongs for holding cups are too short to work! If you own (and want to dry) any sort of drinking vessel taller than a shot glass, do not use the cup prongs. YOUR CUPS WILL FALL OFF. There are fourteen pretty, but functionally useless, cup prongs on this baby. I broke two beloved cups and I hope my review saves the life of at least one cup out there. Don't do it!
