I ordered this juicer directly from Hurom but they deleted/did not publish my review so leaving it here. First and foremost, this juicer is excellent construction. Very durable, heavy, etc everything you would expect from an expensive top of the line appliance. Functionally it falls short. This unit does not have a fine strainer separating pulp so if you want a clear/clean juice, this is not for you. We mainly juice celery and the amount of pulp generated is undrinkable. I also feel like over time some items like celery may jam/break the juicing mechanisms. My largest issue is Hurom as a company. For as much as you pay for a juicer, Hurom looks and feels like a top notch company, but their customer service and availability to work stuff out if something goes wrong is terrible. Try their phone number on their site and you have a 1 in 10 chance of getting someone on the phone. They make you wait and then it goes to voicemail (without returned phone calls). Shipping is very delayed (not an issue if you go thru Amazon). I wanted Hurom to work, because I believe it is a more nutritious way to juice than a centrifugal method, but the price, service, and functionality will have me avoiding this company’s products for the near future.
