The seam broke after about three weeks of use and squirted its contents all over my chair. I threw it away when I probably should've kept it and returned it, but it was such a sloppy mess, I ditched it. So now I have no ice pack and a ruined chair. I have another one that I purchased locally at a rip off medical supply story (they charged me $52!), and it's model "S13." It has held up for months--however, I purchased another S13 from the same rip-off store and THAT one busted in two weeks. All in all, I'd say stay away from these--you have no guarantee they'll hold up.
