I was looking for a really good toaster. This toaster had great reviews. It is expensive, but I wanted a really good toaster. Having a automatic lifter sounds great until it stays stuck in the cooking mode. The toaster's many lights start to blink, but none of the buttons work when this happens and there is no way to remove the toast. You have to unplug it and turn is upside down. Dumping all of the crumbs everwhere.
