Well the lights work but the remote control doesn't. I have them strung out over a canopy bed which, without the remote control, makes it slightly inconvenient to turn off. So while that is an issue, the customer service is the biggest reason why it got 2 stars. When I asked about how to get the remote to work, the provider basically just explained how to plug in the lights (?) which was not what I had asked about and was not the issue. When I asked for more feedback, I didn't hear from them again. But I mean it is $8 for a string of lights, so I guess that's about the level of customer service I should have anticipated.
