Wish really I could like this more. Purchased a while ago, mainly for the "pink rose petals" and cornflowers to use in baking. I should have left a review sooner, but just got around to opening the bags for use. Impressive packaging and selection, HOWEVER, I'm not really at all pleased with the amount of refuse/unusable parts in the "rose petals" bag. More than half the weight of the bag is in the stems and empty buds I've had to meticulously pick out, AND the *big sandy rock * I found in the bag! (At least I hope it's a rock!) This makes me rather hesitant to use any of it for food, as this there is no way of knowing if it was even washed prior to drying. I have yet to open the rest of the bags, but upon inspection from the day they arrived, both the chamomile and jasmine flowers looked more brown than white or yellow. The lavender looks good in the bag, however, as do the cornflowers. Will update this review as I use or open the other bags. So far, not all that impressed unfortunately.
