Like many of you I purchased this product thinking it was just powdered bone broth with no added inflammatory ingredients. Instead when I read the package description I was horrified to find out that it contained maltodextrin and 3g of carbs per serving. It is incredibly frustrating and misleading to see this from a brand that claims to be "bare bones" with the tagline of being an "organic" (I suppose the tapioca maltodextrin is "organic") product suitable for keto and paleo diets (IT IS NOT!) Now while I understand this to not be the companies fault as they disclose this information and do nothing to hide it, I would advise potential buyers to look elsewhere so they can get a bone broth that will actually benefit their health. This is a great shame as if they came out with a version without such additives this would be a great deal, however as it stands this product is self defeating.
