Absolutely unworkable with any meringue! This product compromises the integrity of the egg whites and completely ruins your batch. There were no details on this saying they can’t be used with meringues, they are gel—now come to find out there’s NO RETURN POLICY! Again, no indication of this concern. While this may work well with other items & not much is required to achieve desired color. This needs to explicitly describe the product to prevent undesirable purchases—AND indicate their NO RETURN POLICY!! I clicked on Ann Clark seller, looked up their return policy, it says to refer to amazon.com return policy which is 30 days with receipt of purchase. It’s been 4 days and I’m given the “This product isn’t eligible for return” refer to return policy...so I’m given the whole run around. This is a hefty amount for something I cannot use in 90% of my baking. Never purchasing any of their products as I don’t trust the integrity of their product description.
