I wanted to give the book "When Harry Became Sally" to a couple of friends to enlighten them how many agenda groups and those in psychiatric community have decided to abandon good medicine to push militant LGBTQ points of view. The original excellent book When Harry Became Sally is not anti-transgender as this book implies, and is utterly fair on this topic. It is open to helping those truly effected by gender dysphoria - but honestly and accurately recognizes what is truly known about this disorder - and yes all that has been done in treatment and research points to this being a disorder even in countries that have fully supported idea that its not. The danger of pretending we are all "gender fluid" and telling parents of children who express any interest in acting like they are opposite sex, no matter the circumstances, that they should move to transitioning children is risking the good mental health of the vast majority of those children who are NOT transgender. Its irresponsible, its malpractice. The two books I bought with deceptively similar cover and name are going into garbage.
