That I can actually access and USE my points !
I do not have many computer skills. I get frustrated when most sites assume everyone knows how to do more. I want to shop for great deals at Amazon and use my points. I do not need an" app " either. Thank you , Liz
You have still NOT updated this site. Every time I TRY to use it I get SOOOOO frustrated. MAKE IT EASIER AND USE FRIENDLY PLEASE !!! I will get rid of this card if I can't use my benefits . What good are the points if I can not access them ?
