Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I know lots of people who used the filter and it worked great . However, after using it ourselves for about 3 months - it changed: - the water flavor became very weird , almost not drinkable - we usually used it for aquarium, but last time we did - the fish died. I would really appreciate response/help from seller and an advice what to do . Thanks !
