This Kore Trak watch is Cheap For A Reason. I bought two directly from Koretrak ( Not Amazon) for $99 for the two. One of the watchs set up with a little learning curve. One of the two would not work or setup and I can't get any help. But mainly I cannot get an answer as to how to get the defective watch replaced. There is apparently NO customer service. Don't buy this watch. I now had to charge the second Koretrak as the battery was dead and following the instructions I removed the lower band and attempted to plug the USB connector on the first working watch into the charger and it will not stay plugged into the chargers USB port. It falls out. So upon examination I find there is no copper connectors on the USB port to make connection to the USB charger. So just for grins, I took the band off of the first defective Koretrak and there are two copper strips, that make contact, which the other watch is missing. I tried and my wife tried to plug the non working watch into the charger's USB port and Lo and Behold it will not stay plugged into the charger. We tried several USB chargers. SO THERE IS NO WAY TO CHARGE A KORETRAK WATCH as the USB port will not stay connected. I do not want anything to do with these watches and if Koretrak wants them back, they should send me a return shipping label. I should not have to pay for shipping back two defective products as they are TRASH.
