As a Korean this is the worst kimchi that I have tasted. It was overripe it lacked in flavor it lacked in spiciness it lacked in juices that it was supposed to come in. It was practically dry. It was so overripe that it was carbonated. You could tell that it was lacking many different spices that Koreans usually use in kimchi you could definitely tell that this was American made. I won't be buying this again.
