Bought this to replace another microwave that died after a long life. It had a nice set of features & the use of a knob to set times seemed interesting. Worked great for 4 days - then the time setting knob died. Without it, the microwave is mostly useless. I then discovered that there seems to be no way to contact Panasonic support via phone - and the online chat only is available 8-5 EST. This is quite unacceptable these days. Returning it & purchased a different brand as a replacement
