I own the set and the ads say guaranteed not to scratch. Untrue! I have never used metal other than to turn porkchops with tongues that were metal but I have 3 scratches and when I wrote to them they said never use anything metal with them. The ad shows them using a mixer in the pan. False advertising!! Plus there was no offer to replace the pan. Buy at your own risk.
