you'd be better off getting the smallest dumpster
Just OK. It's not very big. I don't think you could gut a room and have this be adequate. By the time you pay $175 for the truck to pick it up along with the price of the bag, you're over 200. you'd be better off getting the smallest dumpster, which is bigger and holds more stuff and almost unlimited weight. If you're doing a large cleanout, the extra $100 for a dumpster seems to make more sense.
