This was used, didn't look refurbished. Heavy scratches on the back side by the power plug and it came with generic power cord (although it was a new cord)... front button was dirty, I had to wipe it down! (GROSS) Apparently no one "factory refurbished it" because it was not factory reset and it was still set to Spanish language and it was in the previous owners name!!! (I had access to their information!) It took me some time and searching the internet to figure how to put it in English language so I could reset it to factory to start over. Then, I had to plug it into ITUNES to set it up in my name, it wouldn't set it up as a new device. and finally, the screen went all grainy and I had to restart to recover it. So it was returned for a refund. I wrote the seller about it but received NO response. I would buy elsewhere if I had to do it again! I usually don't have an issue with refurbished gear but this one was a bad experience. Id pass on this seller and if possible, buy NEW!
