I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday in November. She was playing near it, tripped and fell into the side of the chair. She had a huge bruise from the wood and she was bleeding from a cut on her head. So we inspected the chair and found a SCREW had punctured the fabric!! A SCREW!!! A screw hit her in the head. Thankfully she didn’t need stitches but as you can see from the picture, it wasn’t just a little scratch. When we contacted the company they were willing to give a full refund but only after I showed them pictures of her forehead. Once I got the refund, I cut open the side of the chair and found many more screws completely unprotected and sticking out. As you can see in the pictures I attached. There was just fabric covering where they were. Lazy craftsmanship and very careless for a children’s product. This product is very dangerous and they should feel lucky we aren’t suing. I told them they should stop sales of the chair until it’s properly made but they didn’t respond back to me. So I’m warning all parents out there. Just find a different chair. Maybe a PLUSH one. Don’t go through the emotional distress we went through. This company should be ashamed of themselves with how poorly this chair is made for children.
