This is the second time I’m returning these shoes. The first time I order size 7 due to I wear a size 7. They were not true fit and way to big. I requested that instead of my money being returned to my original payment (my master card), that it be returned to amazon account as a gift card, so I can buy over again in a size 6. Well, the 6 fits okay still a little loose), but this is how they were delivered to me this morning (6/25/20). These shoes are a defective item. There is no way this glue should be all around these shoes and on the material. I know they had to notice this when they packaged this item. I’m very disappointed and now I’m wondering since I told them to refund my original return to gift card instead of back to my bank card was this why they sold me these defective tacky shoes with all this glue on here. I will returning again today. This is awful and should not have been sent knowing this item was defective.
