I have loved this product for over 10 years now. I have combination sensitive skin and it has always soothed my skin, provided much moisture and kept my skin healthy and glowing. Morning and night after washing my face it was so soothing to apply. Now I just bought a 2 pack from Amazon and as everyone has noticed and Olay has verified - not only is there new packaging (the yellow sun is gone), and the expiration date is hard to see on the back but most important they changed the formula. Why??? You will know it is the new formula if your box says SolaSheer Sensitive Technology. There are many reasons people would think this is a fake for it is so different than the tried and true formula they used to have. But it is Olay's new version of the Complete Sensitive formula. First, the old had a creamy base to it and now it comes out very thin almost like a liquid. For me it did not rub into the skin and provide any kind of replenishing moisture. Instead it made my skin red and burned. 8 hours after applying it still burns. I can't use this product afraid of what it will do to my skin. A moisturizer should soothe, moisturize and feel good when applying. Shame on you Olay. Now I must go on the search for a new moisturizer and return this product back to Amazon. Why would you make such a drastic change to a tried and true formula? The mere difference of going from a creamy base to a thin liquidy base tells you how drastic the change is. I am very sad. Beware this new formula is drastically different.
