The plastic around feeder area melted when it was switched on for the first time. And the first test sheet comes out with white powder and sticky orange stuff (note: the strip was cut only after laminated) .. and it was jammed throughout. The release button does not work as well. I had even bought 3mil scotch laminating sheet to go along with this machine. Very disappointed caused I was so looking forward to it after so much hyped review and now had requested for a replacement.
