It quits making ice even when empty. You have to unplug it to get it to recycle and that doesn’t always work. The bin is the smallest I have seen on an ice machine. Same with the water reservoir. Unit smells bad when it starts up out of the box like its burning stuff off the heat exchanger. The ice has an aftertaste even when I used filtered water so there is some manufacturing residue on the inside I can’t get cleaned out. The unit says it is full of ice and quits. The ice melts but the unit doesn’t recognize it is empty. No ice in the morning. No ice when you get home from work.
