Well written book, great characters, but I hate cliffhangers. Authors who do not give advance warning about cliffhanger endings are like thieves. On principle, I never ever buy another book from these folks, so the ploy to push another purchase fails. Great writers find a way to give closure to one aspect of a story, while fueling a desire to continue on with a series. Author's unsure of their talents, use cliffhanger endings. Unless you enjoy being a pawn, don't bother purchasing this book.
