Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Clark just cannot be bothered to get it right. This shoe is modeled after the Sunbeat sandal, which USED to be the best shoe you could buy---the one you had to take when backpacking in Europe. First, they eliminated the back buckle, which worked GREAT. Then they went from butter-soft leather to some kind of stiff, blister-inducing leather---obviously cheap. Then they redesigned the foot pad and sole---why, why why??? They made the front straps too short, so they don't fit in the buckle when on the last hole. They shipped the manufacturing to China---HUGE MISTAKE. But Clark Company doesn't really like feedback---they made it obvious when I tried. They even told me they don't read any feedback but what is on their own website---but if you say anything nasty about their shoes, they won't put it up on their website!!! You cannot talk to the product development department. They accused me of putting up multiple bad reviews on Amazon, when I suggested they look there for feedback!!! But they did one thing right; They changed the name of the shoe, so that new buyers wouldn't see the hundreds of disappointed reviews from people who loved their worn-out Sunbeats. Now they call it Saylie Medway. And they probably paid someone in merchandizing $40,000 to dream that stupid name up.
