I was excited to receive this iPad, but was extremely disappointed when it arrived completely dead...so I hooked it up to the charger that it came with and let it charge for an hour before I planned to set it up....nothing. The apple logo kept flashing rapidly - I googled how to fix that...no change. Thought, well maybe it's just really dead (was showing 1% battery after an hour)...I let it charge all night...no change. I changed the charger with another apple brand charging cable & box....no change. There is zero hope for this thing...I've been monkeying around with it for the better part of my morning, and I'm just done. The other reviews that are similar to mine I thought were anomalies and were a fluke...I thought wrong. Returning for a full refund; I'll buy from someone else.
