I purchased this product based on previous experience. It was good when I used it before. I installed the product and was able to get the initial transaction downloads. Now it is not working at all. I contacted support and 45 days later they still give me the same answer. Try again the next business day. Really? This is your support? I contacted my bank and they informed me I am not the only having issues with Quicken working. They switched to a more secure hosting company as did many other major banks and now it is not working. I really like the product it just wont download the transactions so it is worthless to me. The refund process will be another 4-6 weeks. Really?
