I didn't buy my two pillows from Amazon but directly through the My Pillow Web Site. I was excited by all of the hype. Stays cool, does't go flat for years. In short everything I wanted in a pillow. Except hype is all that it is. At first they were pretty darn good and I kept switching out the one I slept on. After less than six months I was fluffing them in the middle of the night and by the end of the year no amount of fluffing did any good. When I called the company they recommended that I wash them. I had been washing the pillows every three months all along. Even so, I washed them again, dried throughly and got two nights before they flattened out. My Pillow is willing to let me send them back for a "possible" replacement. I haven't decided if this is something I want to do, I don't have much faith that the replacements will last any longer than the originals. The postage will be expensive and according to My Pillow I will probably have my pillows back in two weeks. Hard to move on after spending that kind of money.
