Very uncomfortable. I'm female; I wear size 8 shoe. I ordered 7/8. They don't fit inside most of my shoes and when they do fit there is no room for my toes to fit comfortably. The only thing I can use them for is in one pair of slides I wear in the house, and, of course, they're always slipping off the back. I got them because of good reviews. These things are worthless for me.
