I purchased this dimmer to dim LED track lighting. It works, no flickering, etc. BUT, it has a toggle switch to set the dimming range that is located behind the wall cover plate. Then, you can adjust the dimming by using the vertical slide along the switch exterior. This is very limited dimming, and also only within the range set by the concealed toggle switch. For example, if you set the concealed switch to the brightest setting, I would estimate the dimming range is adjustable from about 70% to 90% of the brightness range of the light bulbs. If you want to set the light level lower, you would need to remove the wall cover plate, adjust the range downward, and replace the cover plate. Repeat again for higher dimming - pretty ridiculous. I searched for "full range dimmers" and found another product on Amazon, cost a couple dollars less, and works much better. The instructions indicate the dimming range to be 10% to 100%, which appears to be accurate - and with no internal dimming toggle.
