Cameras glitched when we needed them most. Yesterday a man tried to break in with a knife. Luckily first responders got here in less than 5 min. I went back to try to get the footage and the cameras didn't record him trying to break in. It skipped from 3pm to 4:40pm. All that time in between is lost. Thankfully we are all safe. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because when it does record the image is very clear Update: The cameras are not even a year old and none of them work now. They all say video loss. Our car got broken into last night when we went to check the cameras the video wasnt even on. The DVR was on "recording", but none of the 4 cameras are working. I will be investing in 4 more. Definitely not this brand. I will research h better quality ones. If you live in a dangerous neighbor hood DO NOT rely on these to help you.
