We have owned this product for only two months, and the plastic clips that hold the top on have already broken. The box goes inside an insulated and padded bag every day, so it is well protected. The plastic around the clips appears weak and inherently flawed in design. We own two, used by two different children, and both boxes (bought at two different times and in two different colors) have the same problem. It is too bad, because we like the box otherwise. But, save your money and buy something more durable.
