This item did not work after installation. The Touch 20 feature did not work. Unfortunately the time frame to return to Amazon had expired since the item arrived much sooner than we were told it would (in most cases this would be a great thing!). We had to contact Delta directly and they would not send a new faucet until we followed their "try to fix" protocol first. We were told they would send us a new solenoid which is required for the Touch 20 feature. After receiving the wrong part (a useless plastic ring) we were told by Delta that the part we need is on back order and won't be sent for at least 8 weeks! Long story short we finally received the new solenoid and the faucet still doesn’t work! Contacted Delta again and they will only send another solenoid instead of a new faucet! Unbelievable! Very disappointed with this item and Delta. We paid extra money for this particular faucet with the Touch 20 feature. Big mistake!!
