★★☆☆☆
Not what I ordered, gave the seller the chance to make up, and they fell short.
I ordered the New, unissued items and what I received was good to very good, NOT new. I contacted the seller and asked for them to make it right (accepting that everyone does make a mistake now and then). The seller after I sent photos showing that the items where not new (holes, dirt and coatings worn off) agreed to send out replacements and a pick up label. Each time communicating with this seller, I expressed my concern over the fact I wanted what I ordered, New Unissued, if they could not or did not have New and Unissued I wanted some credit. I mean at the time Good to Very Good condition on this item was $100. I paid $140 for the higher level of new and unissued. I thought this was more than fair. Upon receiving my replacement items, they where the same level Used. Some had runs in them from where something snagged it. I accepted that I would not get what I paid for / ordered and will not do busy with them again. Paid head with this seller (Allegheny Surplus) they use false tactics to get your money. They could have easily made this right by accepting they where wrong and refunding me a portion of the cost. Be warned.
