I received my Sensi thermostat and it was super easy to install and setup. I had to drill new holes to mount the back plate but that was no problem. I had a 4-wire thermostat with a jumper from RC to RH. The jumper is not needed with the Sensei thermostat since the jumper is already set. Connecting to my WIFI was done very quickly and then easy to set up using the app on my phone or tablet. With the weather like it is here in Florida I have set up an auto schedule so that the heat comes on when it drops below 70 degrees in the house and the air conditioner comes on when the temperature gets above 78 degrees. It was also very simple to connect to Amazon Alexa. Just enable the Sensei skill to add the thermostat. Once it is all set up there you can go to the Alexa app and connect it to control with your voice which works very well. I have had trouble with the Wi-Fi dropping in and out and my router is only about 20 feet away. I am very pleased with the thermostat and the ease of setup and installation! I highly recommend this to anyone who would like a Smart House thermostat. Update 4/4/18: This unit worked well for about a week and then it's been offline more than online and I can't control it with the app or with Alexa. The company says they are aware of the problem but don't know when it will be fixed. It now only works a dumb thermostat which doesn't help me at all as I'm totally disabled and wanted to be able to control it from my bed. I may have to return this and get one that will fill my needs. I dropped it to two stars because of the problems with it. At this point I cannot recommend this unit!
