Uncomfortable and doesn't get warm
The wrap cover is comfortable enough - soft and plush. But when you turn it on, it doesn't get warm. Also the "massaging" element is this very large (think 4 x 2") round cylinder that makes it impossible to sit in a chair. The shipping and handling is ridiculously expensive and I now have to pay to return these horrible things.
