I kid you not: every label has an inch of air on the left and the right, for a total of two inches wasted per label. You can tweak the Margin setting to reduce one of the margins to about 1/4 inch, leaving you with 1 1/4 inches of waste. Even ignoring the waste, you still need to trim each label with a pair of scissors--not very convenient, and isn't that why you bought a labeler? I sent mine back to Amazon, even though I had to pay return shipping.
