This back support says it has a lumbar support and, in fact, it shows what is supposed to be a lumbar support. However, I could not feel any support at all. My car has a better lumbar support than this. Not only that, it states that it fits waists 28" - 50" wiasts. I could barely get it around my 30" waist. Once I did get it on, I had no lumbar support and couldn't breathe. May be good for someone with a waist less than 28 inches.
