Scratched out of the box.
VERY disappointed. Out of the box the screen has someone else's screen protector on it and it's heavily scratched! Refurbished should NOT mean damaged. Not acceptable. Returning. Not even worth powering it up. The cord and brick are not Apple products and it all just feels unfair and bait and switched. Better off buying on EBay if I'm going for used and abused.
