You can buy the latest version of the 27" iMac from Apple for $1999. Yes, that's a bit more money, but it is a MUCH newer model, running the latest operating system (High Sierra OS 10.13), and it will leave this 2015 iMac in the dust. Concerned about the cost? Check out Apple's 18 month no-interest financing plan, which works out to $111 per month. Personally, I'm waiting for the next generation iMac to be released, possibly later this year, which is expected to have 8th generation Intel chips and all kinds of trickle-down features from the big dog, the iMac Pro. iMac's are fantastic, but it makes no sense to spend $1450 on one that is obsolete.
