Please note that if you have a tapioca allergy this IS tapioca based. It is not true arrowroot! 'Maranta arundinacea' is the actual name of real arrowroot, from the arrowroot plant, Manihot esculenta' is cassava. Don't buy this if you can't have tapioca!
