Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am a bit disappointed. Only one refill actually grew. When I was growing basil a few months ago, I had no issues and in this case, one of the refills actual caught and is growing nicely. However for only 1 of the 3 to grow is a bit disappointing and feels like a waste of money. I am assuming this was not something I did since 1 of the 3 is actually growing. I am including a photo for reference.
