The story has issues.....characters who diverge wildly from one paragraph to the next..... a six year old boy who often sounds like an adult and a myriad of gun specifications those of us unaware find puzzling. Still it had promise .....however I will not be reading any further books in this series. The author is perpetuating a political agenda after the characters specifically declared themselves non political. No one right or left would agree with the criminal behaviour of law enforcement or thugs assaulting innocent people yet the author has put forward the belief left leaning people have no problem with it. I realize this is meant to be fiction however with the references to current events I feel the author has an obligation to truthfully represent the current state of affairs if He insists on including them. As a society we are repeatedly faced with division, hate and lies in real life and I don't want to be fed more of the same much less paying for the privilege. Sorry
