I purchased this HP printer for my Granddaughter to have at college in her dorm-room. The one I purchased like this about 2years ago was great and we needed a new one, I thought purchasing the same model would be perfect for her. I was so wrong. This HP printer was a lemon. It was a refurbished one that gave the same guarantee as a brand new one. That may be why it was refurbished in the first place. It never worked and still does not. She could never get it to work. I emailed the seller and he requested some additional information about the printer. Well I was delayed in getting that information, because my granddaughter attends college out of the state and was extremely busy with classes and did not get the information back to me in a timely manner. To make a long story short, the seller closed the window on accepting this item back. I did purchase the insurance on it as well, Thank God. We will just contact them now. Buyers beware, when purchasing anything, try not to be too busy to return before the window closes on you if it does not work. An unsatisfied customer with a lemon printer.
